Negative 5 stars... Never again will I go to this shipley's. I dared an apple fritter, one dozen kolaches and one dozen glazed... donuts for almost 50.00. The fritter was tiny and burnt. The donuts were tough and the kolaches were over priced. I called twolocations in Houston, pearland, leave city and even two locations in pearland the price for one dozen kolaches ranged from 12.99to 13.99. Why is location charging almost 20.00 per dozen??? Read more

2ed time getting old donuts at this Shipleys. 8am on a Sunday morning, line in the drive thur and i still get old and over... cooked donuts. Not happy at all will not be going back here. Read more
It?s 12:55pm and you don?t close until 2:00pm according to Google & the Sign on your doors, I?m pulling up I see other customers... at the drive up window being attended, one employee runs out yelling to me that their closed! As I start to pull away I see morecars pulling in but their not being told anything, (so your open for them but not for me?) lol., ok. I guess it happens whenyour managers are not very motivated to to take care of customers, This place is a joke!, so now I?m 1/4-mile away at TacoCabanaabout to receive 14 breakfast tacos in less time than it took your employee to run out and lie to me about being closed so thecrew could hopefully get off early on a Sunday, No problem but everything has a price you should know that, I?ll give you another chance to screw it all up again in a few days we?ll see how many of these 1 star reviews it takes to start pulling youraverages down where they belong. Always super friendly and quick service. The smaller parking lot does make the line seem longer but it generally flows fairly... quickly. I've never really run into an occasion where they are out of something. Usually really clean too! Read more
Good Glazed Donuts and other favorite donuts. Ham and Cheese, Sasauge and Cheese, Jalpeno Sasauge and Cheese Kolochies.
Always fresh donuts and service is at good pace for always being busy!
