Food is ok. Burgers are of course the best thing to eat here. The cheesesticks suck. Service is usually pretty good. The... environment is ok. Well -first of all we were seated almost immediately. It was 5 o'clock so early for dinner I guess. A young lady appeared who... was our server and took our drink orders. My dining partner got a fountain Coke and I ordered a house Pear Margarita. It was abit of a risk since I don't tolerate poor quality tequila- it makes me sick to my stomach almost immediately. Lucky for me itall worked out and it was a very nice margarita probably about 6 ounces so perfect size. Good flavor. I ordered some PretzelBites and beer Cheese to share. IHubby orderied an entree' of Fish and Chips with Regular Fries as his side. The side dishesare endless here but that wasn't necessary..... he really enjoyed his meal. He said everything was good, the fish were small butthe batter was perfect and the fries were perfectly cooked and salted. I ordered a Black and Bleu Burger with Sweet PotatoFries, it came with sautéed Portabella mushrooms and sautéed Onions along with shredded lettuce and mayonnaise. Alsogood-fries salted perfectly. Neither one of us usually eat dessert nor do we need it but again in honor of my 70th birthday Ichose to order the mile high Chocolate Pie. ----Ended up being a good choice because hubby liked it as well so we shared it andit was certainly big enough to share!! Delicious mile high chocolate ice cream topped with whipped cream-over a toffee? Icecream 1/2 " layer on top of an oreo crust!! Now honestly we don't go to Red Robin at home because we had a one time experiencethat wasn't very good. Madolyn and Aaron were fantastic!! She was very knowledgeable about the foods and gave different descriptions of the burgers. ... Decided on the new Steakhouse burger....it was so freaking good. All the Food was delicious ???? the steak fries and thebroccoli and the freckled lemonade were our favorites!! The to-go boxes tho, not that great...that's the only thing we'dchange. 4 Stars, because it was a little pricey for burgers. I ordered curbside to-go, and was not disappointed with their service. I... ordered the Whiskey River BBQ Burger with sweet potato fries and they were both delicious! Full of flavor, and filling! Myhusband ordered the Fish & Chips, it was decent, but they are mainly known for their burgers. My son ordered The Keep It Simpleburger with Kettle chips, and for being a picky eater, was very pleased with the taste. I also ordered pickle chips, and was abit dissatisfied, I ate about half and threw the rest out. Overall it was pretty good, just a bit pricey, about $65, with agenerous tip. Right when you enter the Red Robin. You are greeted by a host/hostess. He/she guides you to your table. There is a tablet on the... table where you can automatically place your order or just wait for the waiter/waitress. The tablet also have games for childrenfor an additional cost. For the kids, they receive a activity paper with a double ended crayon to entertain them. The appetizerwe ordered was fried pickles. There was hardly any on the plate. I had ate a couple before taking the photo. The sauce was good.The burgers were cooked correctly. The steak fries where great. Nice and fresh! When you finish your fries. You can ask thewaiter for more with no upcharge. Like the fries being endless. There also other menu items that have endless servings also. Notjust the fries. The mac and cheese was nothing to brag about. It's just mac and cheese, Endless also. I had no problem with theservice. Waiter/waitress was always checking up on us every few minutes. When you're done you can pay on the tablet that Imentioned earlier. Card only on the tablet. For cash payment, you have to wait for the waiter/waitress to handle yourtransaction. Read more
