Very rude employees i ordered on the drive thru i didnt get my buscuits and fries. I also said on the drive thru i'd like an... order of 6 beignets and i only got charged for 3. I ended up having to go inside to correct the order and the manager was givingme an attitude as if i was in the wrong when they couldnt even give me my order correctly. Very rude customer service. This is the cleanest Popeyes; inside and out. This store is the only store where all employees are trained in politeness, ... customer service and good food safety practices. I've visited this place for years and they are consistent. Never old chickensitting under lamps, I see everyone constantly washing their hands and wiping and cleaning. I love it. All you gotta know, is that this location is in Pasadena. North part of Pasadena to be exact. That?ll tell you everything? The... employees at lunch are worthless at doing what their supposed to be doing? They only got the drink correct on my order.Everything else was completely wrong.
