Worst customer service ever. Girl that took my order had an attitude and their mic is garbage she couldn't anything I said had... to repeat everything 2 or 3 times. Get to the window and they have a covid shield so I couldn't hear them n they couldn't hearme. On a separate occasion I used a coupon n the girl rolled her eyes n called her manager like I it was coming out her check. Read more

I e only done drive they, but the area is clean. It?s usually younger kids doing drive thru and they don?t always seem to know... their own menu, or really want to be the most helpful. My order is fresh though and they do get it correct Read more
3 piece meal. Smallest pieces of chicken ever. Side rice and beans are like a 1oz portion. Finish eating and still hungry.
***Update 2/3/22*** Another horrible experience there. Honestly thought after this time they would step up their game. I was... sadly mistaken. This will be the last time I eat at any popeyes. I order a chicken sandwich and I don?t even know what Ireceived? It?s the thinnest hardest piece of whatever it is. It doesn?t have any breading.. Please get the people there qualitycontrol. It shouldn?t be okay to let something go out like that. I ripped it in half and tried to eat it but couldn?t. Just lookat the photos of what present on their website and what they put in your bag! It?s always hit or miss with this Popeyes. Somedays the food is adequate. Other times it?s atrocious. Consistency is what this restaurant should strive for. Read more

I went to order food there and by the time I got home I noticed there were a few things missing from my order. I was missing two... sides from my order and I had to give it to my daughter. This isn't the first time that they've done that. They always need tocheck make sure they got the order correct, and they have everything in the bag and perhaps put it in a bigger bag if it doesn'tfit! And like someone else said the speaker isn't maybe loud enough they can't hear us we have to repeat the order. Read more
