Just left the Pasadena Pluckers. Food and waitress was good. Problem .. gave our waitress the plucker card received at the... Astros game and it was denied.. asked for Manager ( Susan) to question why the coupon was not acceptable. She said coupon had tobe given before ordering.. even H?E?B doesn?t do this. Our bill was $ 185 plus tip. The manager was short and uninterested ontaking the coupon and focused on making us feel we did not read the fine print. This is fine because we will not be back. Iguess the 5.00 coupon rates higher than than loyal customers. Also the manager needs better customer service skill set ASAP. There are other wing places in the area.. Thank you, Read more
Sat down for lunch here. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Overall restaurant was clean and tidy. Food came out hot and I... personally enjoyed the "cook" on the wings (Slightly over fried which made the wing crispy even when coated in sauce). Will eathere again to try the different flavors. I love pluckers but this location really let me down last night :( I ordered to go and I got the appetizer sampler, waffles &... cheese with sub queso and kids meal. The fried pickles had barely any breading and the little breading that was on them werevery soggy and falling off the pickles :( one of the fried cheese was completely busted, the 6 piece Buffalo bites were sooootiny than what I?m used to! The only good thing on the app sampler were the holy Mac. Also the waffles and cheese werecompletely dry with barely any queso ???? I couldn?t even eat the meal that?s how bad it was :( Read more
Very disappointed In the service. My family and I came to try pluckers in Pasadena for the first time and it was a big mistake.... We had to have two different managers attend our table because our server kept walking past us and ignoring us. The manager hadto come and fill up our drinks twice and another manager had to bring us our to go boxes. Jakob was too busy trying to attendhis big tables for a tip that he forgot about his other tables. I will definitely not be coming back here or recommend anyone tocome here. I spent good money and got really really poor service. Update? pluckers sent me a gift card of $30 after I spent$164.38 and got poor service. I wouldn?t recommend anybody spend your money at this business they obviously do not appreciateyour hard earned dollar. Take it elsewhere my advice. Read more
Above average prices but large portions. Pic is their sampler appetizer, wing bites was in another container. Other pic is their... boneless wings. Had a take out order and took quite a bit of time for it. Willing to give another chance. Read more
UPDATE: Went back on a Friday night with my parents and although the restaurant was extremely busy the service was once again... amazing but this time so was the food. Everything tasted fresh and the chicken was very tender and juicy. Mom and dad had neverbeen and they loved it and I was so happy they did because I did too. Second time was definitely more pleasant that the first(food wise). Happy they have the kitchen putting out nothing but good food this time and I hope it stays that way! Lookingforward to coming back to this location now. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Our server Miriam (goes by Mimi) was amazing and she made ourexperience pleasant even though the food was disappointing. It took a bit long to come out and when it came out it tasted as ifit was old food which was odd because we went during lunch. My plate as you can see in my picture even came out with a smallburnt nugget. We were served lunch portions when we ordered and paid for the dinner portions (not Mimis mistake as she assuredus that she input our order as a dinner order) and she quickly asked the cooks to make another tender for my boyfriends mealsince he was missing one. My plate looked like a lunch portion as well but I didn?t want to complain about that since we werealready pretty disappointed with the food. Not sure if it?s just this location that is off because I?ve been to several Pluckersrestaurants and none of them left me feeling the way I do with this location. First time at Pluckers in Pasadena Tx because it is always packed. Mid afternoon lunch on Friday, no waiting. Group of 3 adults... and 3 kids 5 & under. Unique twist on Cheese dipper appetizer. Good but needed bigger sauce cup for the huge logs. ChickenBurger looked great but was average. Dry rub wings were good but, although tasty, the mango habanero sauce was like jelly andwouldn't stick to wings. Kids meals were average. Strawberry frozen margarita was a huge disappointment and resembled shavedice with a smidge of pink color. Couldn't taste strawberry or liquor. Sever review: My guest used Plucker membership gift to get birthday discount. Waitress looked annoyed and didn't even say Happy Birthday!!! If we go back, we definetly won't use Leslie.Sorry! She was seen visiting in the back while we and others guests were waiting for help. Absolutely love these mozzarella sticks! Eating here is just fun, I mean Football and good food what more could you ask for? My... server Selina was great I was on the patio alone but she was super attentive. I wish these were everywhere cuz I eat herewhenever I'm in Texas. Read more
