I ordered from here and they canceled my order an hour before breakfast ends. I live not 15 minutes away. AND ITS NOT THE 1ST... TIME. And I had recently called over an issue during lunchtime as well with one of their employees. She was rude andinappropriate, over and ice cream cone. Don't waste your money in this location. This customer service cashier was very rude to me and the guy before me she was upset that we just gave her the app code and... failed to mention to her what type of food the code is for so she said it very rudely..I wouldn't be posting a pic of her withlong dirty nails and fake jewelry and tiny earrings that can fall into food or drinks on if she wasn't a rude cashier. I am a delivery driver who picks up orders with numbers on them. These numbers are on my phone along with all other drivers who... pick up. Somebody in management has seemingly told employees to keep the number that is displayed on the bagged order facingaway from us. So basically we come in pressed for time and cannot see if an order might be ours or not. It is very hard to getassistance there for mobile orders because everybody is really busy. When we finally get some help they treat us like we'retrying to steal the food. We have the entire number and order on our phone, but they don't want to see that, they want us totell them the number, sometimes annoyingly two or three times. We are on the clock people, working for your customer. We arenot the enemy, it won't be giving away state secrets if you make the number visible and ask us to verify it with our phone. Read more
If you been to this location before there is no surprise. Always a wait in drive thru the good time is extremely early in the... morning or late night. Always check your food before you leave here or in that case anywhere! They just updated this location tothe new modern look but the inside was taped off so no playground for kids yet Read more
When I went to mcds today and ordered the spicy chicken deluxe. When I got my order I picked up my sandwich to take a bite and... it had soo much sauce on it that my chicken went one direction and my bun another. Not to mention that the top bun broke upinto a bunch of pieces; it became a big mess. I have never been disappointed with any products from mcds until today. Very upsetabout this sandwich.. don't get me wrong, it was good but became very messy. I will never order it again. Read more
