Extremely rude I came for curbside. They got my order wrong I ordered a 40 piece chicken nugget for my kids the gave me twenty.... The fries were half full and cold I had to drive back to get the food for my kids.They acted like it was my fault for notchecking. Told me I had to wait tell they ring it up again and wait in line. The Manager was extremely rude and unapologetic Iwill not be back to this location. Read more
Got home and this is what I got here with.. Medium fry that is half way full which is pretty much a small fry. Idk if they did... this on purpose but bad customer service as well by the manager that never smiled and seemed angry. Read more
Went to this McDonalds and I pulled in right after this little Nissan did and he didn't stop to order at the box he just went... straight to the window and when I pulled up he was standing outside of his car at the window talking to an employee inside. Hedidn't pay but he was brought a milkshake and then he got back in his car, closed his door and sat there for about 5 moreminutes and then the employee brought him a bag of food and they shook hands and the guy left. I understand if he was gettingfood from a friend or something that's fine and all but pull him up and take care of the paying customers. And all while this isgoing on the lady in the picture was outside talking to a guy from waffle house in the parking lot. When I finally got to thewindow I sat there for another 5 minutes and then I decided to call because I could see that same lady standing in there on herphone for a while. When I called she answered immediately and I explained that I had been at the window for a while and shelooked at the window at me and rolled her eyes and said "yeah I'm working on it." She hung up the phone, turned around andproceeded to complain to the other employee and right after that she had another employee bring me the food. If you want to beon your phone at work, that's fine just make sure you're not ignoring your customers. And then when the customer calls you outon it, don't act like I'm being outrageous. I shouldn't have had to call to get her attention to begin with. To me it justseemed like the employees did not prioritize the customers at all. They were incredibly slow and yet the lady acted as if I wasinterfering with her phone time. Read more
This place is very nice. Big clean bathroom. With a changing table in a stall. Big eating area and huge play area. Lots of fun... for the kids. Lots of different activities. One of the best McDonalds I have seen. Also, great customer service. They took myorder at the register without hesitation. They did not act upset I didnt use the self order kiosk like I've seen at a lot ofother McDonalds. Read more
Whoever?s Making the doordash orders is slow af. Not really sure how it?s possible to f up nuggets and a basket of fries but... somehow on an order with only 2 items one of them was still left out. And McDonald?s is notoriously the worst for putting thesauces you order in. Read more
