Here's the thing: if you want to walk in to buy cookies, this place is great! We love going to get cookies or ice cream in the... same place. However, we ordered a cookie cake from them thinking we would get the same great service and it just was the exactopposite of every other interaction we've had here. I called the day before I wanted the cake and asked if it was too short ofnotice and the woman said no. She even suggested that they could make the cake that evening but it was much too late for me topick it up so I just asked to pick it up day of the party (which was the next day) She made it sound like even though theyopened at 1130, and she said they get there at 11 to begin making the cookies, that she wouldn't be able to have the cookiecake ready until 12pm. Totally fine. I sent my MIL to go pick it up at 1130, which was earlier than the agreed time, and thewoman gave her a hard time and claimed she wasn't supposed to be there until 1230pm. BUT THEN PULLED THE CAKE THAT HAD BEEN MADETHE NIGHT BEFORE OUT. Why would you tell me I can't pick it up at 1130 when you opened- which is what I originally asked for-but you make it the night before anyways? Also, why are you giving the customer a hard time about being there early if it'salready made anyways? Poor customer service. Anyways, this puts a bad taste in my mouth, and we've been loyal customers sincethis location opened. Read more
