If I could give zero stars I would. I show up at the drive thru at 8:50pm. They close at 10pm. I sit at the drive thru for 5... minutes. No response. I then drive to the window for another 3 minutes. Nothing. I make a circle around the building andfinally see an employee inside the dining area. She motions me thru the drive thru. I go back through and finally they askwhat I want. I tell them the salmon dinner and wait for a response. After 30 seconds of silence they respond with my total butthat they are out of rice. I said no problem what can I get, another side no big deal, the response blew me away!!!! Wait forit, she said, "no substitutions allowed" Wait, what??? Is this Candid Camera? No substitutions for something that they areactually out of?? So they want to charge you full price for something they don't have and then not allow you to have anythingelse instead! What a brilliant business model! This was a side item? How much a loss would a side of french fries or green beansbe as a replacement? My mind is still blown away. Zero chance of ever returning to this restaurant! Fun fact - went to Popeyesinstead and they forgot my chicken nuggets & didn't notice until I got home. (At least that has happened before. Walked in for our order and had a great customer service experience!! Gabriel was so kind and professional made us feel... comfortable and was patient with us placing our order. They need to be more clear when telling someone where to park while they finish preparing the meal. She was confused when... bringing my food to my car. Regardless she was friendly and service was pleasant. Clean location by the way considering thearea. Read more
Excellent place to find some Mediterranean style cuisine along with some American favorites and American fair. Just like his... original restaurant JWilson's, this place is classy and feels more upscale than your typical mom and pop style restaurant. Read more
great kind customer service. saddens me to see this fantastic chain under appreciated. went there w my mom on saturday at lunch... time and the whole time we dined in we were the only ones there. my favorite seafood of all time. i dont care what anyone says.please go support your local lohn john because I love this place and they keep closing down. I know not everyone likes long john silvers but I'm a huge fan and wish there were more of them. I don't go often but when I... usually do it's this time of the year (spring). This one is usually packed but the day and time I came was around 6:30 pm on aMonday so it wasnt too bad. The batter was salty and crispy but I prefer that. The service was good, and I asked for lemon andtarter sauce and they gave me a generous amount. Because this place was so busy the downfall was how clean it was. Noteverything was stocked up and a few tables were not as clean. It really in my opinion wasn't too bad but if you coming to sit insure it might of been a bother. They do take care of your needs as far as fresh and hot and delicious. Don't have pictures butnext time I will take some and give and update. A good place to stop for fast food fried fish!! ???????? They have really stepped up their game, theyre one of my favorite fast food sea food places! Everytime i go i get a salmon... platter. The salmon taste so real and its perfectly cooked. Their hushpuppies taste stunning. Today they gave all 3 of thesalmon platters i ordered 7 hush puppies. Definitely worth a try! Read more
