Comparing Pasadena's Kings BBQ to the La Porte/Deer Park locations. This location is garbage, kids Cheese Burger was tough and... dry. The Angus Steak was two hamburger patties also tough and dry, the baked potato was cold and hard. The brisket sandwhichlacked flavor and also dry. The other two locations in La Porte/Deer Park are 4/5 stars, depending on who is servicing you. Doyourself a favor and drive the extra 5 miles or so to the other 2 locations. Read more

So glad we decided to try this place out!! The rib eye steak was cooked to perfection .... other steak places cannot compare. So... glad we took a chance. The baked potato was humongous. The chicken fried steak was cooked perfect also .... not greasy, verygood. I know well be seeing more of this place and sorry it took us this long to find them.? Read more

Amateur BBQ. Sauce tastes more like ketchup then bbq. The coleslaw is lifeless with little flavor. The lemon pie seemed like... it was from Kroger. Nothing seems homemade. I suppose maybe the meat but everything is very sketchy. The so called cobblerhad almost no cherries and what seemed like raw graham cracker pie crust. It was almost all pie crust. I'm really shocked atjust how terrible their food was. The actual meat itself was halfway decent. It's like they were imitating a BBQ joint butit's pretty fake. You've been warned. Read more
