The KFC at 8:02 South Moore is terrible never get the order right I just went there again got a 2 piece for my stepdaughter ask... for drumstick only wasn't drums sticks only and mashed potatoes no gravy and I have gravy on them I would not recommend thisplace at all now I have tried to call 5 times and they answered 2 and hung up the phone and the other 3 times nothing.also askfor s pot pies and got 1 this is at 330 pm. They stole our debit card! They swiped it for payment, made small talk as a distraction, then have us the good & we drove away... not realizing we didn?t get the card back. Went back the next day to see if they had it & they were acting very weird &suspicious, then they used the card at Walmart! Some of these employees are theirs! & it was a woman who took the card. Food tasted bad, did not get all the food and was told to drive around. No reciept given.
I tried the Mac and cheese bowl and it's gross! False advertising. Where's the mashed potatoes and gravy? #IWantMyMoneyBack
At 9 pm I went to get some food here and I ordered two of the famous bowls combo and after I said what kind of drinks I wanted,... the guy taking my order said to pull up to the window. Like dude I wasn't finished ordering. I tried ordering the chickensandwich on its own, but they didn't have it and I tried to order two of the chicken littles, but they didn't have that eitherso I simply said that's it then. I used to work in the fast food industry and I know managers and higher ups want employees tosell anything a customer wants even if the store is 30 minutes away from closing. I get to the window, pay for my order, andwait. I get my order, but the guy doesn't say "have a wonderful night" or something similar. I normally don't care for that kindof stuff, but I'm sure other customers would like to hear that. I check my order and my 2 famous bowls are obviously there, butI didn't get the two cookies that come with the combo and my receipt. Not only that, but one of the drinks that was suppose tobe a mountain dew was a Pepsi. In my opinion, that guy should get fired. Read more
Decided to try the new KFC chicken sandwiches. One meal and extra sandwich. Opened up sandwich and there wasn't hardly any... mayo, meat didn't cover the bun. Was undercooked and tough. Very disappointed and will not try them again. When the food wasbrought to counter they had crumpled bag up also. Read more
I dread the very few occasions that I must write a bad review, because it can sometimes affect in unseen ways. This... establishment lacks leadership, I believe the workers try hard but management is not effective.
