I've been to two locations of Jersey Mike's multiple times and both have great sandwiches with fresh ingredients. Granted I get... mine very basic as I'm picky, but everything tastes great. They cut slices of meat and cheese straight from the big meat andcheese right in front of you and cut the bread in front of you. Will be coming back here soon. I went to this location today for the 2nd time, and my sub was great. However, the service was terrible! The woman working... behind the counter was not just unpleasant, but blatantly rude. She looked completely miserable, barely spoke to us, spoke solow we cold hardly hear her, and her tone was extremely unfriendly. It really surprised me as I have never received bad serviceat any other Jersey Mikes before. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for such a negative customer service experience. Iwork nearby so I will give them 1 more try before I call it quits since I love the food, but I won't continue to spend my $where the staff treats the customers poorly. Read more
