I frequent JITB locations about twice a week all over the Houston area. This one deserves recognition. The staff was very... friendly, food was great, ALL the drinks in the soda fountain were available, dinning area and restroom were spotless, had soapand paper towels. Even the parking lot was clean. Spend your money elsewhere! When businesses are trying to stay open you would think they would put in a little extra effort. No... one at the counter, she was working drive through. The drink dispenser for customers wasn't working. And their " UltimateCheeseburger" was anything but "Ultimate". Go someplace else! When we are paying this much for a quick meal, and it's bad, youmight as well spend a few dollars more someplace that cares and serves a presentable meal. Bad service, the child on headset was very rude & aggressive when I went & fixed my food. I was made to pay for what I was being... accommodated for. Super upset about how nothing was done or fixed in the end, I was never rude at all the whole time. Themanager seamed overwhelmed and confused about how to help or fix the situation. Read more
