Girl in drive thru with curly hair, has the worst customer service. I asked for the classic hot sauce and to be spiteful despite... of my dealing with her day, she tried to ruin mine with giving me buffalo sauce. Shes in the drive thru tonight. Serving food.Her day must be the worst to try to carry it on and pass the negative vibe to others, big no no in the customer serviceindustry. She should be stocking shelves or prepping pallets. No where near interacting with customers. This one and the one offFairmont and Underwood. Both are trash. Wouldn't doubt if both are franchises. Not og ownership. I loved Jack now I'm not sosure. Most of the reviews I post are "buyers beware" reviews. Thankfully this one is a great change of pace. There's a gentleman by... the name of Bobby that typically works the morning shift drive through. I know if he's on shift then even if I'm running lateI'll still make it to work on time. He has my order memorized and every time I pull up to the window he says "I got you alreadybuddy". Hands down best drive through experience I've ever had. Always quick and always correct.
