I wish I'd tried this place sooner. The burgers are juicy and the fries and cheese curds are crispy and tasty. I haven't had... dessert yet so I can't give food 5 stars but I do plan to try it on my next trip. The staff was young but knew the menu well andwas able to guide us through ordering. As we walked-in, the place feels just like a diner. You really need to pay attention on your steps coz the floor is very... slippery for old folks and the young ones! The employee who took our order was not so welcoming as if we were just a number.Another customer informed an employee that the Mens restroom has no paper towel & still no paper tower 30 minutes after that. When I was Here service was excellent with cashier's who are attentive and I can without a doubt say is one of the best steak... burgers I've had in a long time. The frozen custard is a must have and really good, so much so that even though I'm lactoseintolerant I still ate a serving of it. I went through the drive through; cashier was very pleasant. I was disappointed with the burger as it did not have much flavor.... It needed something savory to take it up a notch. This was my first time visiting Freddy's, I went to the Pasadena location. I had a sweet tooth, saw an ice cream on the building... and had to stop. Walked in and got distracted by how good the food smelled. The place was clean, with a welcoming atmospherefilled with families and friends of different generations enjoying themselves. I was overwhelmed by the menu with so manyoptions. I apologize to Albert for taking my time and explained that it was my first time there. He made me feel welcomed andmore than just a customer. He walked me through different options and told me I'm in for a treat. As my order was beingprepared, the manager approached me to make sure I had been taken care of. I told him I was and praised Albert for making mefeel like a valued customer. I will definitely return. The customer service was 10/10. I give the frozen custard a 10/10 aswell. I have heard about this place but never been. This was my first visit and won?t be my last. Loved it all. The FRESH food was... great. Loved the string fries. They have a fry sauce and a fry seasoning packet that delicious. Place was clean, staff was veryfriendly and on point. Very fast service. Drink selection was great. Condiment station was like no other burger place I?ve seen.Definitely a variety of options not just burgers. Prices were good . They also have outdoor seating options.
