This location has recently went under new management and has gone down hill we walked in at 7:55pm and he said we had 15 mins to... finish left over pizza that has obviously been sitting out for a while and told us they weren?t going to make no special pizza.This place has lost my business and we are a family of 5 that love cicis pizza, it?s sad we have to drive passed one cicis pizzajust to go to one that is further from our home. The pizza was good. There was not any pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls on the serving table. The cinnamon rolls that were there... were very hard and tasted old. Read more
It was actually pretty good and wasnt too crowded. My only suggestion is that if you dine in, bring a light sweater. It gets... pretty cold in the dining area. My husband and I will be coming back here. Read more

We three got there at 8:15 they said we had 15 minutes to eat pizza. They didn't tell us it had been sitting out all evening. ... Long story..short..we ate cold leftover pizza that was just old and awful. It cost me $34.00 and was just a bad experience. Nothanks...never again! Love the salad bar though. Read more
Has potential to be much better. Place seemed to be ran by poor leadership. Water was dripping from the ceiling, dirty plates... piled upon others near trash stations, red peppers and Parmesan Cheese where in little marked silver containers?. Poorly placedand labeled. Very friendly staff, but a few of the tables looked dirtier than normal. Customers' fault of course, andI always pick up my own... mess and clean up after myself, but some of these tables were forgotten about. The pizza great as always though, hot fresh anddelicious. Read more
Let me tell you something... I came in and ordered four buffets for me, my two sons and a friend of theirs that is autistic. My... sons friend had a hard time getting out of the car and clearly it was not going to happen. So I told the manager this. Afterpaying for four buffets and four drinks. Not only was he understanding, he asked me if I wanted a refund and when I said no itwas not his problem, he then asked me if he could send me home with a pizza in a large drink for my son's friend. They were sounderstanding and so kind. They accommodated a special needs child. I can give them nothing but five stars for this. Way to goto CiCi's! Y'all really rocked it. Read more
