Honestly this was a terrible experience. I went at 9:40pm & the drive thru menu lights were off so I couldn't see anything. The... lady didn't answer instantly either.. I asked the lady to give me a minute and she just tried to rush me but I was getting myorder correct. Then she was rude at the window and didn't give me the correct receipt. They are open until midnight, but wantedto be lazy and look like they were closed. Can't make money when you look like you're closed SMH. Read more
I gave one star, only because it wouldn't let me post my review without one.. Sunday 8/7/22 around 5pm, I went thru the drive... thru. The lady taking my order couldn't hear me. So, I drove up to window. Showed her my code for 2 small whopper meals. Ispecified mustard whopper (no mayo, no ketchup) get home and they put mayo & mustard. I called spoke to Gemma told hereverything. She asked if I had my receipt I said yes. Then I realized I paid cash & didn't get one. I informed her I couldn'teat mayo. But, neither could I driving back. SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! I called back, someone picked up , then it went to fax...Ughhhhhh. Corporate office you need to train your employees on customer service. I just went this afternoon. And they really have bad and horrible customer service. I do not appreciate. When People Ordering... and they. Answering. Indifferent language. They don't even deserve 1 star...! My daughter and I grabbed some cold burgers and cold chicken nuggets and they weren't even... busy..On top of that the cashier had an attitude for no reason. I sent my daughter to grab 2 ranch and she had an attitude aboutthat! We were the only customers in dine in and she was rushing through our order ???? I won't be going back there! Read more
It seems that there is a problem with their speaker system at the drive thru. Order is wrong 3 out of7 times. The help acts like... it's a big deal to change up a hamburger. The impossible burger is good tastes as good as a regular whopper but if you can't have much sodium like me it has more sodium... than a regular burger. It's not really a more healthier choice and it has more saturated fat. But it is good but it's notactually healthier. Just some info because I have heart problems and don't eat out much but thought it was healthier but my drtold me and I researched and I would have been better eating a real whopper. But it's still tasty but really not any healthier. Read more
