I have always enjoyed coming to Dunkin but since moving close to this one I have been so disappointed that I don?t even come... anymore. The employees there, specifically the owners, are super rude! They talk to you as if you are an inconvenience to them.When I would order on the app, every time I would show up they would be out of all the donuts I ordered. Once I came and neededa refund since they didn?t have and the owner refused to do it. I would not come to this location. Read more
Amazing food, lovely service. The only thing is sometimes they will mess up the order but it?s never anything really serve.
This is the closest Dunkin' to my house, and I've gone there at least once a week over the past two years. I don't normally... write reviews of chain restaurants (b/c I figure we all know what we're getting at this point), but some of the employees atthis location are wildly rude, to the point of being inappropriate. I won't come here again, and don't think any of my familymembers will either. The gentleman working the back drinks today was incredibly mean to me and my parents, all while we werewith my toddler. So I've been here a few times. My most recent order was excellent. I ordered on the app and we had about six drinks in the... order. When we pulled up to the window the drinks came out and each one has a label to indicate what each drink was. That wasfast improvement on the way it has been in the past. One of the issues with my previous visit was that when you order on theapp they only ask you for your name and not the order number. So if your name is common then you may end up getting someoneelse's order and have to wait while they locate your order. I would recommend asking for the order number and not the name as itat least identifies the actual order. The only other show I've had with this location was when I ordered ahead donuts and boxesof coffee for my work. I ordered about an hour ahead, arrived, gave them my order number and pulled up to the window where I wastold to please park the car and come in. When I went in, I was told that for larger orders I should have called ahead to letthem know so they could have made additional coffee. If ordering ahead is a requirement then that really should be listed on theapp or remove the ability to make larger orders via the app. In my opinion if I order on the app an hour in advance then thereshouldn't be an issue, or there should be an option to select a pickup time. Other than that the location itself is ratherclean, the people for the most part are friendly, the drinks are made well and the donuts, well they're donuts, so not so greatfor you, but great tasting.
