So I came to Wingstop today first I called before I came in I stayed on the phone got there and the lady was on her phone just... sitting there not doing her job she put me on hold for no reason why the other guy was mopping and then only that but theymessed up my order I ordered a 10-piece wing with fries and they gave me five piece charged me for a 10 piece and then I'mpartially deaf so she didn't speak up to me when I asked her if she can speak louder because of my disability this isunprofessional I would not recommend anybody coming here and for her to be Wingstop corporate for people don't respect peoplewith disability is not cool and my girlfriend also ask her to fix the fountain machine for no sugar iced tea and the lady didn'teven do it all I know is I would not come here and this is not the first time that I have ordered food from here and that theyhave messed up this is unbelievable I just called the confront them and they put me on hold for the next 40 minutes unbelievableI hope Wingstop sees it I do not recommend anybody going to this location at all and I don't support this business because theydon't care about people with disability. I placed an order at 11:20. I got the confirmation online in my email. 15 minutes later when my husband picked up the order they... told him that they were closed and never got the order it was only 11:40. My husband showed them the confirmation. They quicklymade some uncooked chicken wings and didn?t give me the 2 fries that I ordered. They stated they didn?t have fries. He asked forthe money back and she said there was nothing she can do about it. I called to figure out the situation and the woman on thephone was screaming at me and laughing. I called several times and she hung up on me while I was speaking to her every time Iwould call. All I want is my money. The woman was so unprofessional I will never be ordering at this wing stop again!! I will bespeaking to corporate about how unprofessional this place is!! They're open til midnight but once the sun goes down, so does their quality of food and service. When I walked in they said my... order was almost up. Took another 15 minutes for a total of 40 minute wait. Corn so dry it was inedible. Way too muchseasoning. Overcooked, dry chicken. I was mad I spent $20 on a meal that was so bad I couldn't even finish it. And was stillhungry. Go during the day and get the most delicious lemon pepper wings this side of the Mississippi.
