Came here for lunch with a party if 12 on a Sunday afternoon. The employee who helped us was friendly and accommodating. He... patiently explained the different items on the menu and gave suggestions. I ordered a poke salad and it tasted fresh. I askedothers in our group how they liked their food, and no one had any complaints. The place is small but seats about 15-20 peoplecomfortably. It's nicely decorated with a fish/seafood theme. I have only been there once. Brought by a friend who loves the place. I had two Cajun salmon tacos. $10. They were full size... and quite delicious. The proprietor was working the counter. It's designed so that you can look from the counter to the back ofthe kitchen. It appears to be immaculate. The place is noticably spic and span, ship shape. Ugh... Peerless. Bon appetit,baby. After a long hike up Cooper Canyon Falls a much fresh lunch was needed! Glad we stopped by The Pier Grill on our way home. I... got the Poke Bowl half brown rice/ half salad with choice of 3 protein : Spicy Salmon x2 and Shrimp. I also ordered a side orderof sweet potato fries. Everything was delicious! The BEST fish house in Los Angeles County! Not only is the fish grilled to perfection, but they have some unique sauces. They... give excellent portions for the price too. So, much better than the local chain fish grills. I drive out of my way to have myfish prepared here. I haven't tried all the fish yet only, because I love the Catfish and Mahi Mahi. Read more
This place is exceptional. The food is fantastic. The portions are generous. I had the fish and shrimp with sweet potato... fries. My sister and I had dinner here. We met the owner, who was friendly. His staff is great. The restroom is pristineclean and smells like pine cones. If you're in Pasadena and are hungry please stop here. You won't regret it!!!
