Their staff are not trained well. Quality is bad. Coffee and matcha are always watered down. I don?t feel welcomed at all. ????
It was a nice place before . But I have noticed they started watered down coffee. I don?t know why. Maybe it?s an owner trying... to safe some costs or it?s unprofessional staff. I don?t know. This location is pretty bad as far as the drinks they make go. The staff does not seem well trained at all, I had to repeat my... order four times and they still made it incorrectly. I have only gone in the afternoons. It is conveniently located right nearBristol Farms so that is why I have stopped there. Each and every time the staff there acts as if they?ve never heard of an IcedBlended coffee drink with vanilla before. They tell me they don?t make drinks anymore, that I had them make the weekbefore. Last time I had to stir in my own vanilla powder because they didn?t add it to my Iced Blended, today I had to have mywhole Iced Blended remade because it tasted like burnt coffee that had been sitting in the bottom of a pot for about fivehours. The location on Lake street in Pasadena is MUCH better! I never have problems with my beverages from that location. Eventhough the Fair Oaks location is more convenient when I?m running errands I think in the future I will have to go out of my wayto the location on Lake in Pasadena to have my drinks made correctly. On the plus side the Fair Oaks South Pasadena location isvery clean and aesthetically pleasing, plus there is also ample parking. Read more
The seat at the corner is the hardest to get, but if you sit here you own the place. Gives full sight of the entire store, no... one behind you, 4 electrical plugs, by the window with curtain and ample room for a full sized luggage.
