been here a couple of times and its good but not my favorite location. The service is great in the morning but lacking in the... afternoon. Came here twice in a day doing some errands. In the morning, was greeted VERY nicely by the staff there from thecashier to the barista. Very beautiful ladies and very kind. Came back in the afternoon and no personality. The cashier washaving a very nice convo with the 2 ladies before me, then once it was my turn to order, they walked away without sayinganything like "give me one second" or something. Just walked away and didn't acknowledge me. No one did. I felt very awkward.Then they approached me and took my order, didnt even ask me anything ... it was a very weird encounter. East Pasadena Starbucks located in the corner of a huge, big box dominated shopping center. No drive through here and you... practically have to drive here from within the shopping center unless you are at the Ross next door. Read more
