I wish I could give 5 stars the people there were so nice but I don?t think they should have a walk up window because they were... so busy with their busy drive through window it took a long time to get help at the walk up window but when they did help theywere very helpful and nice thank you! This location tends to run out of food and non dairy milk.

I stopped in today to pick up some grilled cheese sammich?s and the young girl who helped me ( didn?t get her name) went above... for me after the network for the credit card went down. I came here on two separate occasions where they close at ?6? yet I get here before 5:30 and they?re already closed. It?s pretty... annoying to drive out of your way just to find out they closed before closing hours. I get if it happens once but twice alreadywithin 1 week? Other than that, their customer service is usually good. The drinks are hit and miss, sometimes they?re greatother times they taste like milk instead of coffee. Read more
Asked for light ice as usual. I don't want to take four sips of my drink that I paid five dollars for just for it to be... finished. It was almost completely filled with ice. Employees don't care. No apology and Judy take the ice out and refill withadditional cold brew changing the chemistry of the drink by not rebalancing the additions like stevia or sugar free vanillamaking the drink lackluster.
