Clean, and usually fast and friendly. Seem to have some newer workers who spent time flirting with a customer even though they... were backed up on orders. Plenty of parking and they have restrooms. I usually have to clean my own table. It is difficult totell from the outside whether they are open or not. Somewhat odd hours so always check on your phone before you go. Read more

I trust that this Starbucks has good drinks and the service might be good during the afternoon when there?s a lot of... customers, However there should be no excuse to the service that we received for a catering order. We ordered four Coffeetravelers for 5 PM. We arrived there at 5:30, where the two employees there were getting ready to close up shop. When we came into pick up our order, they seemed completely surprised And said that they threw out all the coffee minutes ago and so will haveto make everything for us again. I?m very confused by this, since the coffee should?ve been ready at 5 o?clock give or take 15minutes. But to not have the order ready 30 minutes past the pick up time is unacceptable, especially considering the store wascompletely empty. For this lack of professionalism and effort to fulfill each and every customer?s order, I give this Starbucks2 stars. In a world where there are increasing labor shortages, this should not serve as an excuse for existing service peopleto deliver a lower standard. Read more
TERRIBLE customer service. Made both my orders wrong the first time and when I commented on the color not being what it is in... the app/what I've always gotten, was told that's how they make it there. After trying our drinks and knowing for sure they weremissing the coffee, we drove back, where my mom and I kept getting cut off and spoken over by the server. He remade them thesame way and then tried again when I showed the drink on the Starbucks app and the 3 roast pumps needed for the drink, which hesaid was not in "this location's" recipe. Walked out of there being made to feel wrong even though it was literally clear as daythat the drinks were wrong THREE TIMES. Still took my money and didn't even apologize. Other employees were there and I'mguessing even the manager, but didn't bother stepping in to help. Is it an issue of discrimination? Haven't had this come up asa problem at other socal locations. Maybe with the shortage of ingredients they don't put everything in and hope we don'tnotice. Good luck trying to say something about your drink here without feeling gaslit. Read more

Staff is always polite and usually gets mobile orders ahead of time. Been coming to this Starbucks for the past 6 years and... can?t remember if they ever got my orders wrong. Appreciate the staff ! Read more
I had a delicious Pumpkin spice latte here this morning. A nice Starbucks located right next to the Gold Line train station and... CVS store. I like this Starbucks. The only downside is homeless people using the bathroom to clean up for 20 or 30 minutessometimes. This is a problem which effects many businesses in Pasadena including our public libraries, fast food establishmentsand public parks. Read more
Convenient to a train station and a typical Starbucks go to. Great for walk up, terrible for parking. No drive thru here.
