So I?ve gone through the drive thru, also ordered to go from the inside register and I always have a problem with my order.... They?re always missing and ingredient on the sandwiches or they add the wrong type of chicken to the family meals. I have gonearound 9pm and they?ll say they?re out of food when one can clearly see there is food still available behind them. Manager seems to be running a tight ship with respect. Food is decently Popeye. Speed is good. Table and amenities are clean.... Location on LakeAve can be iffy with questionable visitors, but that's not this biz can do. So four stars. Read more
Terrible service! I went to Popeyes today and the Hispanic female cashier was rude and extremely nasty. I tried to ignore it... and be kind but nooo she was just awful. I can't believe she was yelling at me because she forgot to put my 4 strawberrycheesecake pies in the bag. If she hates her job she should quit. I will never ever go there again. Food was good and what I expected. I was using the drive thru window and the time to get served was ridiculously long. Don't let appearances fool you, I had the spicy chicken + cajun fries Spicy chicken sandwich tastes great, the sauce and pickle... complement the chicken and sweet bread. A must have. I have to say better than the other chick a' place ???? Plus service wasfast and friendly ???????? Bad place, I went to this place on Tuesday and I ordered Tuesday special and I order 4 spicy and 2 no spicy = 6 order right? Or... 12 pieces because 1 order = 2pieces and total 17.94 + tax 1.84 = 19.76$ I pay with 20$ bill and I got few coins back but whenthey give me box I didn't open it until I went back home and then open box it's only 8 pieces or 4 small pieces and 4 big piecesand it should be 12 pieces, not 8 and I bought with Jeffrey R at 5:51:59PM 9/24/2019 I called the number on the receipt manytime but no one answer it Read more
No toilette paper. The associate asked the manager in front of me for toilette paper because the restroom was out. The manager... completely ignored us and walked away. We qent to the front counter to ask for napkins so my daughter can use the restroom. Notwhat you expect from the manager of any place. Scumbag Read more
