Friendly service. I got the bahn mi with charbroiled pork belly. I?ve had this sandwich elsewhere and it was far better. My... complaint is that they should call it pork fat instead. It was gross. Maybe the spring rolls and the other item on the menu isbetter. The coffee was good but over half ice and overpriced. All this and a very bad parking situation. First 15 minutes freethen $1 per minute up to $8. Joke. The street parking meters all covered with a message about valet. Joke. I gave 3 stars inhopes that if I try it again and order other items I will be satisfied. I had to summon the parking attendant to ask not to paythe $1. I had my reasons and not because I?m cheap. We had a great, quick meal, here, on an early Sunday evening. Fresh spring rolls, Vietnamese baguettes, and shrimp rolls. Yum!... Friendly, helpful wait staff, too, all wearing their COVID masks! Read more

The spring rolls are made fresh in front of you but it took longer than necessary and created a long line out the door. For me,... the taste was a bit off and did not offer authentic flavors. I love Vietnamese bowls and rolls and this did not satisfy mycraving. Read more

Refreshing, delicious and healthy! Their Vietnamese coffee is pretty good too. Has a right amount of sweetness.

Best spring rolls I?ve ever tasted. I tried one of each protein. All six were delicious. The sticky rice patties were really... crispy and sticky- was getting stuck to my teeth. I want to come back again and try their items in the menu. It is a smallplace with very few seating. The parking garage next to it is an $8 flat rate fee. Loved the friendliness of the staff. The ramen place was closed and i wasn't really feeling it. Wanted something light, and between a hot chicken and a hot dog... stand i saw this place. The service was great, i saw the Xoi Chien rice patty and ordered that. For the spring roll selectionlooks great but since it was order of three, i demurred, knowing the Xoi Chien would be a lot, but the helpful counterman,Ethan, suggested that I could get a single spring roll a la carte, so that's what I did. I got the charbroiled nem, a sausagesliced lengthwise (you get to choose your protein vegetables and toppings --along with a sauce) and it was really good.( I admitthat I bit into the wrapper because it's the same material as the rice roll, but with the brand name). And the Xoi chein wasexcellent! Piping hot it was a cross between a rice roll and a dumpling, and better. Highly recommend Read more

This spot was such a surprising find for us! We had just finished a hike and were feeling starving and hot when we were... wandering around to find a snack. We turned down a street and found a few tiny little shops with the one with Rice Papercatching my eye first! Spring Rolls - ($11.50) - We had ordered 1 of each, shrimp, pork belly and their nem. As simple andfresh rolls were, we weren?t really expecting anything mind-blowing but this was so good we were wanting to go and order anotherround. Each fresh roll is made fresh to order and you can basically build your own fillings, all of them come with an egg rollshell to give a much appreciated crunch with each bite. Their nuoc mam was also on the sweeter end which was delightful. Myfavorite was the nem roll and we just did our classic fillings with some herbs and rice noodles. Totally dig our rolls, they?redefinitely way too pricey for what they are, at $4 per roll but if you?re too lazy to make it at home this is definitely a goodspot to curb your cravings. Read more
