I moved close to Pasadena and was so pleasantly surprised to find this Indian store closeby! They have all the snacks, noodles,... and frozen food I like. I was surprised to find that they also serve fresh Indian food. As always, just be sure to checkexpiration dates on packaged food! Read more

Food taste is above average overall. I would have given 4 stars if they had been sensitive and responsible enough to listen to... customers. Names on the items were wrong and we just went with those and surprised to taste fried rice like tomato rice????.They not only didn?t bother to say sorry but didn?t even bother to offer something else or discount for the wrongly labeleditems. Surprisingly they just ignored to change those labels even after knowing?????. Vada is super good. Read more

The service here is good and friendly. The store part has a great atmosphere, and there are many things to be bought, from... necessities to a bunch of other things. The food here isn't my favorite as far as Indian foods to, but the sweets truly are myfavorite from what I've had. Very reasonable prices, too. Read more

Lots of positive and negative points. Their restaurant is not as good as one can expect from an Indian food joint. I tried a few... sweets, they were definitely not up to the mark. Rasgulla and Chamcham were very solid. They are supposed to be spongy. Bhaturain Chhole Bhatura was so much oily - it literally dripped. Idli was crummy. Wada were cold. Liked both the chutneys we got withidli and wada. Not the sambhar though. As for the grocery, they have variety of things. I found many items I needed to setup anew kitchen. However, a few things were way past its best before date. One jaggery packet my wife picked even had fungus on it.So make sure you check the dates on the packages before you buy anything. Ultimately, it's a so-so store/restaurant. If you arelooking for something specific then at least worth checking out this store. Since it is one of the Indian grocery store near ourhouse, we will give it a few more tries and hopefully get a 5* worthy experience. Read more

I?ve tried this place twice now. Both times the food has been delicious. First time, the food wasn?t very Spicy. The second time... was very spicy. I recommend getting a mango lassi to calm down the spice. The fresh coconut is good too. The price is fair andthe food is great. It?s only $11.99 to get a 3 veggie combo. They?re also very friendly. Strongly recommend this place. Well maintained grocery store with fresh vegetables as well as has a medium sized eatery... attached. Food tastes very authentic and tasty. I usually don't comment about customer service in an Indian grocery storebecause I have lost hope expecting it but the staff in this place we're very friendly and courteous which I appreciated a lot!
