This location?s restroom violates ALL HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES! Not to mention any COVID-19 regulations that are not being... followed on an hourly basis. Reminded me of an old gas station bathroom in the middle of nowhere. Cleanliness is not a priorityat this location. All employees were just standing in a circle talking. If it wasn?t such an extremely urgent trip, I would?vetried to go elsewhere. Read more

Could use a renovation on the look but the products are still good! I had a headache coming in and the employee who helped me... asked how my day was going. I shared about my pain and she made my day by saying ?too bad we don?t have an ibuprofen shot? andshe was very friendly and cheery. Her customer service makes all the difference! I used the tmobile deal for half off thebowls. Chunky monkey is my favorite (strawberry and banana). They ran out of greek yogurt but I actually liked it without it andthey always put the perfect amount of granola and fruit ???????? Read more

Location is very messy, trash everywhere and they are out of ingredients. Who is in charge here? Help these employees and guests... by ordering the correct amount of fruit and cleaning up around here. It's dirtier than the sidewalk outside. Read more

There is one guy working. I have been standing in line for about 10 minutes. How could you guys do this to this man and the... customers. I literally also forgot to use my 50% off coupon because I?m so discombobulated. Then on top of that because I waswaiting in line to order now there are another orders that came thru from online orders. And now I have to wait two mor peopleahead of me smh. Poor guy. Poor me. I used to love Jamba so much. But in my recent order I specifically asked them to not forget the straws because it had happened... before. So when the order came of course it was without STRAWS. I contacted Jamba, they blamed Doordash. I contacted Doordash,they blamed Jamba. No one wants to take the responsibility of a small mistake that left us watching our Jamba melt and not beingable to drink it. So A rule of thumb to drink Jamba. ?TAKE YOUR STRAWS WITH YOU? You can also see in the receipt it is written(no straw). How can someone drink a smoothie without a straw ?????? Read more

Smoothie was ok. Customer service was whatever. I worked at jamba juice a long time ago. We had great customer service and great... team that cared about making good smoothies for people. I have not found a good jamba juice store in over 10 years! Whathappened?! Read more

The vast majority of the time my experience at this location has been just fine. I find it?s easiest to call ahead and order so... it is ready when I arrive. The app is great on paper but doesn?t work well most of the time, so I?ve stopped using it.  Thesmoothies are great, but they do tend to close early.  I once showed up 15 minutes before closing and the doors were locked.
