Slow service for Doordash delivery people, and does anyone here speak good English and read clearly? Twice here I simply showed... them the name of the customer on the screen of my phone, twice now they kept constantly asking me "What is the customers name?"Over and over again. Then the second time I told them it is on the screen of my phone, the cashier's excuse was "I don't have myglasses." Well whose fault is that? Plus why are you working without your glasses anyways? When in to pick up an ice cream cake. Location is very clean and the woman that was there was extremely helpful and nice. Ended... up getting ice cream and loved the variety of flowers they have. Will be definitely returning for more ice cream in the nearfuture. Read more
I order a milkshake that was mostly milk. Sad. It's supposed to be mint chocolate chip but it's white like milk.

So, I went here with realistic expectations, its a chain, it does what chains do. The problem is, that I noticed after eating... their ice cream that there was a distinct mold taste to it. I also have asthma and a severe mold allergy and started having anitchy throat after I stopped eating it. This is very disconcerting, and I am glad I did not eat more and have an asthma attackfrom mold exposure directly to my airways. I will never never go her again, but let this be a warning to allergy sufferers andanyone who does not enjoy their ice cream a'la mold. WHICH IS EVERYBODY BASKIN ROBBINS, EVERYBODY! I have never in my life had amoldy ice cream experience, and never would have imagined that it was possible for an ice cream place to make me unhappy, butthis Baskin Robbins somehow managed to screw it up. I am seriously thinking of making a health department complaint. Read more
