The morning crew got my breakfast order wrong. This must have been the second string morning crew, because they weren't the ones... I'm used to seeing. It happens. What matters to me is how it's handled from there. I called later in the day and spoke with amanager about it. She said that she would leave a note of it and I could get what I had originally ordered at no cost on my nextvisit. I had no trouble the next time through and I will continue to give them my business when I'm working in the area. Read more
Almost always mess up your order. Food is good but items always missing.
My husband ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and was given the folded egg instead of the round egg and it was on the wrong bread.
Every year I go to quilt camp at Camp Horseshoe I always stop at Mac Donald's and get a bite to eat. Food is always hot and the... employees are very friendly. Just wish my local Mac Donald's was this good . Read more
