The staff here are amazing! Carla, the young man and woman were soo kind and helpful! There were issues with the order, someone... drank out of my drink on the counter and my sandwich fell on the floor and some other customer had a complaint and everyonehandled everything with a smile and kindness! Placed the order through counter and waited for 10 mins just for a coffee. People after me all got their orders but this guy... wears glasses kept saying he?s working on it but never did until I went over to him second time. I have customized my coffee andyou fked up because you were kept chatting with your friends. An advice for this employee would be. Do you Job without chattingwith your friends. Was very good, however, recently they have messed up too many orders. Incorrect orders, cold lattes & today a venti steamed... milk!! No coffee, no cinnamon, just hot milk!!! Very disapointing !!! Read more
Ordered a Caramel Macchiato Asked for extra caramel. She charged me 70 cents more. OK fine. Got the drink, tasted, in... disbelief, I said did you forget to add the caramel? I have ordered "Honey citrus mint tea" and lady did it better than I tried ever. Managers should ask her to record a video... instruction to teach every single worker at a Starbucks, how to do this amazing tea. After a first time I tried this tea - itstarted being my favorite, but after that, from a dozens of times I have ordered this tea, it was only two or three times whenit was good enough, and this particular time was the best.
