I'm ashamed to say that this was the first time I've been here after living 10 minutes away for the last 3 years... But better... late than never! This is hands down THEE best Pho restaurant I've ever been to. I normally put Hoisin in my Pho but the brothwas so clear, savory and velvetty, it felt blasphemous to do anything to it. It was prefect the way it was, I just added acouple jalapeños because I like a little heat. The Iced Vietnamese Coffee was hands down the best one I've ever had as well!You could tell it was strong but didn't have a strong bitter taste! If I were to compare it to something, it tasted like IcedCream Espresso which was amazing. My wife had the Condensed Milk Egg Yolk Soda and it was VERY unique in the best way possible. I'd probably call it a Vietnamese Milkis but if you're feeling adventurous, you can't go wrong with this drink! The servicehere is absolutely wonderful, they truly take care of their patrons and put thought into everything. For example, we ordered aBanh Mi to go and they asked when we'd eat it... weird question but we estimated 3 hours later... the server asked because thesauce would cause it to get soggy so they put the sauce on the side! This amount of thought and care is precisely why I will betaking all my friends and family here for as long as I live close by. 100/10 if you are in the mood for Pho, there is absolutelyno question... this is the place to go! Delicious food and exceptional service. The wait staff are all incredibly fast and efficient and the food came out so fast. You... can tell the cooks and people here care about their food. Delicious, not salty at all but still very flavorful. We both got phoof course as well as the pork bun and Banh My/Mi. The atmosphere is peaceful and lovely. I found Pho Ninh Kieu via my GPS and decided to take a ride for some authentic Vietnamese Food. The Summer Roll and Pho was... absolutely amazing!! The portions were large, the food was exploding with flavor, and the prices were VERY affordable too!! Thehost and wait staff were amazing, very welcoming, and the Ice Coffee was very flavorful and strong! Absolutely loved it, I can'twait to visit Pho Ninh Kieu again!! Read more

Go right now! So delicious. We got the avocado summer roll, tofu bao, tofu/veggie banh mi, and tofu/veggie pho with mushroom... broth. All outstanding. The mushroom broth is as savory and complex as a standard beef pho broth. Lots of vegetarian and veganoptions. BYOB. Accessible and gender neutral restroom. You might have to ask for dish of sprouts, herbs, jalapeño, lime butit?s just because they?re so busy. There wasn?t an empty table for a second on a Saturday night at 630-730pm. Go early if youwant a booth. Portions are large, prices are extremely reasonable. Service is friendly and prompt. Can?t wait to return withmore friends and family? so we can try even more things!
