2 years ago it was a nice place to go. What happened to this location? No eggs or sausages past 4pm. They just don't do it after... 4pm. If you order a BELT you literally get a toasted bagels with produce for the full price. Getting a chili or chili cheesewegdes...forget it. I assume same policy. Past 4pm - they don't have it or make it anymore. Standing beside the drive throughspeaker is like 'we don't have this, we don't have that. Nobody get what they want. Why do you even keep open if you can't gethalf of the menu past 4pm. Close at 4pm the doors and go home. This way nobody get confused. Read more
Terrible experience. Staff was rude, didn?t give me the right order and then gave me attitude when I returned my food to have it... corrected. The guy that made my bagels was so rude when I asked him to correct it. I guess it must have been because he was tobusy talking to his friend. He didn?t even tell me my bagels were ready. They sat in a bag for 5mins before I asked if my orderwas ready, When I asked to speak to someone in charge the lady who originally took my order came and I asked her if she couldfix my order. The guy that originally made my order must have been in a bad mood and continued to insult me and tell me that Ididn?t order what I said I did. Just terrible service. The lack of hygiene at the Bowes St location is horrendous. The past few times I?ve been there, and have gone through the drive... through, the smell of body odour fills my vehicle. If you are working in food, you should not be smelling like body odour. Thisis disgusting? Read more
Don?t get off the 400 for this Tim?s. The parking lot is a disaster to maneuver in & out of. You just couldn?t make yourself... understood to the counter crew. The customer in front of us got the wrong order. It took forever to rectify her order. It took4 staff close to 10 minutes to serve me a Iced Capp and muffin, between ordering and receiving. The cash display is broken andyou can?t double check what you have ordered and what?s being prepared or the cost. The Iced Capps were sloppily made, justdripping contents over my hand and down to my elbow. I really don?t think that the staff even bother to communicate with eachother when it comes to filling an order. One takes your order and the rest wander about clueless until you start asking,?Where?s my order, where?s the other half of my order??
