Me and my best friend are leaving Kill Bear & have a 4 hour drive in front of us. Naturally, we go into the closest Tim Hortons... (this one) for a bathroom break and some food. Well, it was PACKED- like out the door. Young girl at the cash was not friendly.After waiting 20 minutes, they told my friend that they didn?t have any hash browns left for her breakfast sandwich. They gaveher a chicken wrap instead after discussing it and then my order, which came second, has a hash brown??? What?? The older ladymanager was nice and on it. They need more staff and organizing. I am glad its not a regular stop for us. I would actually like to give 0 stars. We ordered 2 drinks. Peach lemonade. We waited... more than 10 minutes. Customers came and left with their orders. We waited for our drinks. When I asked politely about our 2drinks I got a sharp response, We are busy and wait your turn. I said its more than 10 minutes. All of sudden, magically mydrinks appeared. I went outside to find out that I have rice in my drinks. Since when does Tim Hortons serve rice? I went backto let them know that I have rice in my drinks. The response was, what do you want me to do with it. I suggested a new drink. AsI was explaining, another worker started laughing that I had rice in my drinks. Seriously? Had grilled bacon & cheese sandwich with apple fritter donut. Very good. Bathroom needed servicing in worst way. Service was... good & eating area reasonably clean. Will return. Read more
Wow, where do I start? Stopped in for a snack.... floor and most tables were dirty, washrooms were HORRIBLE! One employee... wearing a mask properly, the cashier was wearing his mask around his chin!!. I mean, if your going to wear a mask, do itproperly! There were several bees or wasps flying around inside, mentioned it to staff as to risk of someone getting stun.Employee did not seem to understand what a bee or wasp or hornet was. No one did anything about it during our snack break.Absolutely the worst Timmies I have ever been to. Will DEFINITELY never visit there again!!! Read more
Worst experience ever the service was slow, we couldn't hear the server over the speaker and they never have any baked goods,... the cold drinks never came with any ice. My ice cap was really watery and the muffins they did have were hard as rocks. Ithought they're whole franchise was about coffee and donuts, not come guess what we have and don't have today. But I do hopethings getter better for location. Read more
Me and my boyfriend went to get breakfast around 10:20 am on a Tuesday I got an ice cap with a bagel and he got a coffee and a... breakfast sandwich. We got our drinks right away but waited at least 15 min for the food. After eating everyone else get therefood before us i said to a worker that we still haven?t gotten are food, my boyfriend got his food right after but it wasn?twhat he ordered. Another 10 min goes by and I finally get my bagel but it also wasn?t what I ordered. We didn?t bother tellingthem it was the wrong food cause it would of taken another 20 min. Read more
I'm glad I'm only visiting. Thus is one of the worse tim Hortons I have ever been in. The old lady that took my order was more... interested in chatting with her employees then getting my order ready. Thank you to the young lady that seen thus and got myorder ready. Absolutely terrible experience to the point I am embarrassed for the staff at this tim hortons. Just went through with my fiance... and she got her roast beef sandwich with absolutely no sauce it was so dry she took 2 bites and threw the rest out. As for mineI asked for a ham and cheddar with maple bacon and I got regular bacon that was colder than the ham kn the sandwich which isweird since it's supposed to be in a warmer. On top of that I got yelled at through the speaker because the person seemed to bestruggling with the computer and even tho u waited like 30 seconds between each item the lady on the mic got very iratable andwas yelling at me to wait cause she couldn't keep up. Absolutely terrible attitudes and food quality was suboptimal even for atims. Definitely worst tim Hortons in the area!!!! Read more
