Pretty rude and slow service through drive-through by Jeff. Had us waiting at the drive-through speaker for 7 minutes and just... kept saying ?give me a second? without informing us that there was a system issue. No apology for the wait and by the time weleft the drive-through (having ordered just one drink) the line behind us had quadrupled to several cars. Read more
They had no regular cups so we were forced to buy a reusable plastic cup. Also had to return to the store (which was... ridiculously packed with people waiting for their orders) because they forgot to add milk as requested. Read more
Currently sitting in the drive thru and unfortunately I cannot back out because of other people when I got here there was 5... people ahead of me there are currently 3 after sitting for 16 minutes. The drive thru here is always deplorable and extremelyslow. The place normally looks very well staffed so I don?t know if it?s a management problem but 5-10 minutes per person for acouple drinks is terrible. Love Starbucks but all I?m saying is don?t come if your in a hurry. Timmies would have 4 people onthe road in the time this Starbucks gets 1 order done. * UPDATE* so in total for me to get to the window and get 2 drinks fromstart to finish behind 5 other people it took 34 minutes! My rating is based on the occasional times I shop this location when visiting Parry Sound. Over the past 5 years I have received... constant service, if an error was made with my order they correct it appropriately. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.Once one of their staff alerted me to possibly allergy information about the caramel beverage topping containing milk powder,simply because I had ordered my drink with oat beverage, which I felt was exceptional customer service. During my most recenttrip to Parry Sound during the August long weekend I noticed that a lot of establishments are experiencing staffing issues, anda lot of help wanted signs up, including at this Starbucks location. Amazing coffee you can taste the quality of Starbucks fresh roasted beans and the breakfast sandwiches are amazing hot and... delicious little more expensive than other coffee shops but worth the quality of the brew had the Pike brew and a chai latédouble smoked bacon and egg breakfast sandwich well prepared by the barista ... no rush calm friendly service at this Starbuckswas very impressed . Great service. Didn't take too long unlike other Starbucks. They were adequately staffed. drive thru and walk-in was equally... focused. Quick access on and off the highway. The stop was very efficient and I was able to get back on the road ASAP. Haven'thad such a positive experience at any other Starbucks. They had a nice outdoor patio with plenty of tables and chairs which wereclean. Read more
Routinely the slowest and rudest service in Ontario, and today was the worst. We waited 30 minutes in drive thru with no escape... lane, only 4 cars ahead of me. So my husband went inside & ordered, he then waited ANOTHER 25 minutes inside after ordering. Itwas NOT busy inside either. Ended up with luke warm coffees and no cookie although one was paid for. When my husband asked"where's the cookie", nothing, had to ask a second time and then got major sarcastic attitude (male cashier not one apology butinstead made snyde remarks like "this will be the best cookie you've ever had" and "have a nice day!" and "enjoy your cookie",while the Manager "Jenna" watched on saying & doing NOTHING . We'll never come back here. Stay away unless you have an hour towaste. In fact we have now deleted the Starbucks app from our phones. Read more
