The patties were overcooked and bread was hard but they had a drive through line a mile long. Facility was mostly tidy but... garbage were full. Manager was very rude about a refill though and laughed it off after his other staff said to come back for arefill when the lines weren't so big. Which we did. I know it's just a refill but the attitude was a bit unnecessary since thestore was dead and Noone in drive through when we came back. Read more
We went to the McDonalds on Bowes Rd, Parry Sound, the management changed the store completely....it doesn't look like the old... place at all. I guess with the buses not stopping there any longer, the old way of running things were no longer necessary.Although the service was good, I think we will start scoping a few other places along that stretch of road in the future. I have to admit that seeing the Golden Arches is usually a good sign for me as it means normalcy while travelling;... unfortunately, this location was a little disappointing. Our order was placed through the app for a sundae and a hot tea - myHubby said the caramel sundae was great, but my tea was incorrectly made, nowhere near what was ordered, and I love my tea time.I would normally go back in to give the store a chance to make things right, but the location was crowded with a lot of people(the female bathroom was unkept) and we needed to get back on the road. In their defence, I believe this is a major thoroughfarefor road travellers, and the older gentleman who delivered our order was friendly and smiley. Read more
Clean new look and efficient service. Really dislike the ever changing menu board at the drive through. Just as I'm about to... make a selection to try something new , the menu screen flips to advertisements or other menu items so I feel rushed and justorder the same old thing. Because of this I find myself going to McDonald's less often ,preferring places where you have morethan 40 seconds to read the menu. Read more
Came by for a late night snack. Dining room looked like it needed to be cleaned, service wasn't the quickest. Employees were... very friendly and apologetic for their delays. They ran out of iced coffee cups and apple pie didn't get warmed up. Would stopby again still Read more
Great customer service even during extreme busy times. They took the time to do my customized burgers. Icecream cones are tall!
Nice stop during our ride from Sudbury or Toronto. It is sometimes crowded in summer but not too bad. It has a parking lot, has... a drive through, self order screens and mobile ordering. Once the food wasn?t very fresh and upset our stomach but only once outof 10 times I would say. The washrooms are clean most of the time and they have a family washroom in addition to the men?s andwomen?s ones. Seating area is big with screens and TVs. The food takes a bit longer to get ready compared to other McDonald?srestaurants. Read more
McDonald's food is pretty standard across the board so I'm just reviewing the staff and location. Every employee I've dealt... with at the Campbellford location has been very friendly and pleasant. They always have a ready smile and are very patient. Theservice is excellent. The location, at the outskirts of the town, is perfect as it doesn't impede traffic when it gets busy.The parking lot is pretty large, which allows vehicles room to move around during lunch and dinner rushes.
