Zero stars. Awful experience. So disappointing. Went there on my own and sat at the bar and ordered a coke and wings. 50... minutes later I asked about my meal and was assured it was on its way. 10 minutes later the manager comes up to me and saysthat the order has not been put in yet ????. I came by boat. Was a promising night, but a fail. I left with no food orsupport from the wait staff / manager.\nThey were content to see me leave as opposed to try and fast track my meal order. Seemslike there are many similar stories. That said, I will give it another chance as food looked good, and nice ambiance on thewater. Read more

I attended the Patio for dinner last night with a group of 10. We are all food industry people. 3 chefs a master baker a sous... chef and assorted other kitchen professionals. The servers were knowledgeable and attentive. The food however took 45 min. fromthe time we ordered appitizers and close to two hours for main plates. As industry professionals we know on occasion the kitchencan be \"in the weeds\" but at most the place had 3 other tables while we were there. At the prices they are charging (and wewere willing to pay) this is an extremely poor showing from the kitchen. All plates were under seasoned and by the time the lastperson was served their entree it has been close to 20 min. since the first guest received their meal. No mention of a gratisdrink or a reduction to the check was offered. Not worth the time or money which is too bad as the view over the harbor isamazing.\nOh and clean the window facing the dining room upper patio it\'s the first.things guests see and if the window is thatdirty where else does that show up in the kitchen. Just simply amazing first class customer service. our server was the best we had 5 of us and she took care of us made .... we went to local Brewery for drinks and asked for the best place to eat on the water and got recommended to this place and theserver and it was everything we wanted big thanks???? This spot is a quaint destination restaurant when you want to be nestled by the water.\n\nVisiting in October, the patio was... covered, heated and very welcoming.\n\nFor sports enthusiasts there is a huge flat screen TV floating in the water.\n\nTheservicers were very helpful, attentive and they even served my favorite beer, Boneshaker!\n\nThe food came out promptly, wasfresh and tasty plus the chef was open to making a change in the menu because they were out of white fish.\n\nAll in all whenyou are looking for a spot by the water, good food and service this place will float your boat ?????????.
