Awful, awful customer service. I bought a smarties blizzard and they added chocolate syrup. I never asked for it, nor did I want... it. I tried the icecream and thought they made it with chocolate icecream. So I went back in and asked them and they said theyadded the syrup and "maybe you shouldn't ask for sauce next time" while making a rude hand gesture. She would not make anotherone and I couldn't eat it. Also, while I was waiting in line she made the wrong drink for another customer. Tried to use the app today to get a BOGO sundae. Cashier told me she couldn't use the coupon. Asked me if it's expired. Well if... it was expired, the coupon would not allow me to activate it to show the code. Poor customer service. Didn't find another way tohonor the discount. EDIT: OCT 12, 2019 I wrote a message to the "fan relations" people. They indicated that the nationalpromotions are encouraged by corporate, but franchises don't have to participate. It would have been less of a PITA if you putup a sign indicating that you don't participate in the program. Why are you taking Visa when the fee's are higher than Mastercard? Had to use the ATM, $2.50 service charge for a $3.00 ice... cream cone. Same grumpy chick is behind the counter every time I'm there, she needs to learn how to deal with customers andmaybe smile once in a while. Read more
