We called them to ask for 10 people dine in and were confirm that they can accommodate if we get in queue at Boston pizza... store. But when we went there, the women saying herself a manager standing at reservation desk simply said they can’t let dinein despite there was lot of empty tables. When I inquired why we were asked on phone if they can’t manage she instead of beingapologetic, simple refused to entertain us and ignored to inquire from staff who attended a call when I asked we called beforecoming here. If she was really a manger and responsible for booking should have inquired who took the phone call. Probably wakeup call for store owner to looks that lady behaviour. There are few observations but don’t want pin down here, but surelyhappy to talk to owner if they want to listen. Read more

Boston Pizza has totally changed for the better, since moving here 4 years ago. Back then it was trashy, smelled bad and the... food was horrible. Now, it's fresh and tastey food, with Friendly staff, and sometimes live entertainment . The restaurantitself has been totally cleaned and renovated. Its become one of my fav places in Parry Sound to eat or have a drink, with agorgeous view of Georgian Bay Read more
This was our third choice of restaurants in town this day but I'm glad we ended up here. Staff was so friendly and... accommodating. Service was good, atmosphere was great out on the patio. I was amazed at the portion size, much more than I wouldhave guessed. Memphis Heat chicken sandwich had just the right amount of spice and was one juicy large piece of breast. Loads ofCactus cut potatoes! Thai Spice Chicken Wrap was large and had so much chicken......maybe a little more sauce! Loads of fries.Will definitely return when the area. Read more
Pizza selection was okay but for a pizza specialty place, I was expecting more options. They do have the option to create your... own pizza but the items you could include on it weren't even listed on the menu which made it harder to create your own. Thebeer I originally ordered was unavailable and my 2nd option was also unavailable. Nachos were a disappointment. I asked forground beef on it and they added what looked like 1-2 tbsp of ground beef. (Not exaggerating. I'll attach a photo so you can seewhat I mean). It was very plain and had very little to no cheese as well. Once you got through the top layer, it was like eatingplain nacho chips.
