Absolutely terrible. I haven?t had Arby?s in over a year and after paying $18 for one meal I will probably never go again.... Chicken tenders were hard as rock. Very unfortunate! This is a new location and already will not be returning. So many people with just nasty attitudes in the... world. Heather is just rude! So I pull up and she says we are out of roast beef. Ok no problem! So I ask, or attempt to askbefore Heather?s verbal outburst, can you do the number 1 but with turkey instead since you don?t have roast beef. Before I evensay number 1 she flips out ? I just informed you we don?t have roast beef? well Heather the way communication works is you spokeI said ok no problem now when I speak in return maybe you let the customer talk before treating them like they?re stupid.Sincerely hope Heather is not in a leadership position. Brand new store, and stopped in at 6pm on a Sunday- no shakes....the Jamocha shake and curly fries are really the only reason to... stop. Went ahead with the 2 for 6 deal and the ranch tastes like plastic. Won't be back Read more
It's Arby's, I have always been a fan. The difference here was the staff. Polite and pretty quick with the food via drive... thru. Crispy chicken sandwich, roast beef, and shakes were great! The sandwich rolls were not smashed down, which happens toooften at fast food places, so that makes me happy. Presentation right? Of course we will return. Good job on the new location. Read more
This is supposed to be a double beef n cheddar, with extra cheese. I paid for a double beef n cheddar and got a regular. As a... new location, this needs to be done better. Otherwise food was good and fairly quick. Read more
Very nice new location, very clean and well kept. It is a smaller footprint store - smaller dining area with wrap around drive... thru. But the food and service was great, they handled the lunch rush. Gotta get the curly fries and ring the bell! Read more
Employee yelling in the parking lot on the phone threatening someone to pull up to his work because he ?didn?t beat her?. I know... it?s arbys, but you should still be able to have some sort of professionalism, at least enough not to be screaming in theparking lot with your uniform on. Good food though, just made me and probably everyone else very uncomfortable. Read more
