I order 2 large ???? pizzas from this store. They never put pepperoni on one if the iteam pizza,, which I repeated the order 2x.... And when I opened the 2nd one it looked as if either in there store or their delivery driver dropped the pizza because it wasfolded in half. Most the prices were upside-down. When I called and talked to the manager, he was the RUDEST person I have everspoke to. He basically treated me as if i was lyimg to him. I will never pay 33.00 dollars for 2 large pizzas from her EVERagain. He never even offered to redo my order or give me a discount on future order. I use to own a personal owned pizza placeand I WOULD NEVER SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS OR TREAT A CUSTOMER THE WAY THE MANAGER DID. He shouldn't be worker there at all. Read more
This was a big mistake to order from here. I guess pan pizza is a thing of the past, along with taste and quality.
I called the store to let them know I was running late about little an hour to an hour 15 late. The guy said he would remake our... pizza and bread sticks. I told him he didnt have to because it was my fault for being late. He remade it for us. I'm glad he didthat. Good job on the extra for customer service. Way to go!! Thank you so much! Read more
I placed an order for a pizza and BBQ wings which was never delivered. I called 10 minutes after the delivery time saying I... never receiced my order and they responded "thats a good question, heh". They offered a store credit which I refused and askedfor my refund because I'm not going to pay for something I never received. The guy on the phone got rude with me and startedswearing calling me names. I asked for the manager and he responded " I am the manager, B!@#$%" and hung up. I called corporateand they will be following up with a refund on Monday and taking corrective actions against this location. I will NEVER orderfrom this location ever again and I will never refer anyone there. Read more
We ordered pizza online. The order went through fine. I got a ?track my order? text to my phone. I thought all was well. Waited... 2 HOURS and then contacted this pizzahut. They said they didn?t open until 2 pm.. despite it saying online that they open at 11AM. The app worked, which I don?t understand, if they were truly closed. Anyway, They said I had to re-submit my order. So Idid. And after another hour and a half of waiting, my order came. They left off all the toppings on the pizza that I ordered. Ididn?t get cups of sauce that I ordered. The order was totally wrong. So we called them to complain. They said I could get storecredit or they could re-do my order, but it would be a long wait since they had no drivers, or I could pick it up. Picking it upwasn?t an option for us so I decided on store credit. Not sure I even want to bother using the credit after such bad servicethough. A refund would have been the correct option but they would not do that. Other locations are way better than this one.This was the worst. Stay away from getting delivery from this pizzahut! Read more
Worst pizza hut I have ever been to. I ordered a Detroit style deep dish pizza and this is what I got. The pizza tasted very... nasty the sauce sucked and I am never ever going to pizza hut again. Steer clear from the pizza hut in Parma Heights. $13 forthis is a rip off and a disgrace Read more
I enjoyed the 8pc bbq boneless wings ???? and they were great and saucey. Some other noteworthy menu options: chicken Alfredo,... cajun- style fries ????, and ofcourse the pizza ????. They prepare many styles, thin n crispy, hand tossed, stuffed crust, evenskinny slices. My go to is a medium sz with pineapples olives and mushrooms. Good eats Read more
Terrible, not the first time apparently. Treating my grandsons I order the big box, barely any sauce on the pizza bread sticks... burnt hard, and not able to pull apart and you'd there there was a shortage on BBQ sauce because I barely got any on my wings.My grandsons and daughter told me they ordered 2 times before and it was bad, but the price was right for the big box so wethought we'd try something different.
