First time having Papa John's pizza. The service was stellar from the moment I picked up the pizzas. The taste of the sauce is... excellent with the sausage and pepperoni. The taste of the mushroom and olives were fantastic as well. Great crust and no stupidsweet flavor. I came from N.Y.C and know what great pizza is so I give this location 5 stars. I haven?t even eaten my pizza yet and I?m gonna give this place 5 stars. I just had my pizza delivered by Tim. He is the... sweetest, kindest, and most patient person I have had the pleasure of meeting. In 1 min this man handed off my pizza to me andtold me all of things he?s done in his life. It only took 60 seconds. As long as Tim delivers my pizza I will order from PapaJohns in Parma Hts. And if you made it this long through reading this review, be kind to others.. even if it means giving 60seconds of your time. ???? Read more
Thanks, David!! Stellar service & food, all with a smile! My local store is temporarily closed, and this store (the next... closest) is unable to deliver to my address in the interim. However, I'd decided to pickup anyway, and David, who I was on thephone with placing my order, went above & beyond in friendliness, service, understanding, and accommodation. Both he and hismanager (whose name I neglected to get; this was around 9:30 pm, 8/19/22) were just the best and made everything so easy &amiable. I would have tipped 150% if I could! Rude and smart mouth employees. Starting off with the delivery driver(William Chunay) Didn't want to bring my pizza up to... my apartment. And I'm glad I didn't add my tip when I ordered. Because he don't deserve any tip. But he took my pizza back Ipaid for and I showed him the transaction. So I called. And spoke with a manager named David. I placed online and my card wascharged. But they saying they never got a payment. When I can clearly see $20.50 taken out. All while he telling me that?s nothis problem that?s ?cashapp? problem. And I?ll have to reorder it? Read more
Man oh man my entire pregnancy i couldn't anything nor cook so this was my husband's goto so much so that the delivery guys new... our orders and new to bring them to our window for easy delivery lol the moment I couldn't eat again I smashed out on wings???????????? Pretty good pizza. Delivery was an hour and 10 minutes instead of 30-40. But somebody from the store called me and said their... delivery driver had a flat tire, so I got a discount and pizza got to my place still warm, good temperature to eat. Was noinconvenience for me and the woman from the store that called me was nice. But the ordering over the phone needs to improve, Ifeel like it was some lady from another country sitting in front of the computer and placing an online order for me, but itstill took me no more then 5 min to order.
