Let me start by saying, I?m not a coffee drinker, nor do I frequent Starbucks often at all but today I needed to find the... perfect ?frothy? drink for a friend who just had a major surgery & a refreshing drink for her lovely husband. I?ve never been tothis location & after fighting the traffic to get there, I jump out of my car( cause drive thru line was so long & I knew I wasgonna need some extra help ordering) to find the doors locked! Confused, in drive thru I went. The person was so incrediblypatient as I ordered and he explained everything to me and guided me through the unknown with such kindness. I get to the windowto be greeted with a big smile as I begins to thank him for everything and he then says ? this drink is on us for your friendwho just got out of surgery? My eyes glassed up as I was pretty much completely surprised by the kindness from a corporatefranchise. And, the drink was exactly what she needed ?? Read more
Drinks and service are excellent....worst drive thru set up I have ever seen....for example, the line was so long that it... wrapped around the building WITH cars waiting on Ridge road. The people here are wonderful but the traffic in this area isridiculous. Read more
It doesn't surprise me when I came on here and see negative comments about this location. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte this... evening, and as I'm driving away, take a sip, and realize there is no pumpkin or sweetener or anything in it. Plain as ever andtasted terrible because they put the whipped cream on top with cinnamon. I turn around and go back to the drive thru window tolet the barista know, a young girl with dark hair--didn't get her name, unfortunately, that there's no pumpkin flavor in it, andshe proceeds to get an attitude with me and says "yes, I made the pumpkin spice latte and it has four pumps in it." I try toexplain that it doesn't--there's absolutely no flavor to it, and she looks wide eyed at me and says "well, do you want eightpumps then?" discounting what I'm telling her. I just drove away in frustration. Starbucks, you need to get rid of this person!Horrible customer service and an attitude. Where did the philosophy go that the customer is always right. This person is notsuited for customer service or being the face of Starbucks. I am a loyal Starbucks customer and called corporate and was given a$10.00 credit, however, it doesn't make up for the terrible experience. And to top it off I gave a $5 tip--she deserved 0!!! It's Starbucks. It's quick and easy coffee to help you wake up in the morning. Not the best, but it's convenient. This... location's coffees are not as good as some of the other Starbucks. Their lattes and shaken espressos are decent, but there aremuch better coffee shops nearby. Read more
I had the most wonderful visit to Starbucks this afternoon!! Annamarie helped me and with a smile too. Her kindness today made... my day and I hope she is very appreciated by her employer! Clearly you don't need any politeness or even common decency to work at this store. Most of the staff there is always polite and... quick to answer questions or remake a drink, but that has NOT been the case recently. Several days ago I spoke to a veryabrasive "supervisor" by the name of Anna Marie, and I would LOVE to know who interviewed her for a supervisory position becauseCLEARLY the vetting process is a joke. I've never seen a supervisor speak to CUSTOMERS the way she does and the way she speaksto her staff is appalling, I'm surprised this location has any other employees with someone like that in charge. This place is a very nice Starbucks, despite being rather small. Its my go-to location for getting my drinks. The staff there... are always courteous and seem to genuinely enjoy working at the location. My drinks (I get frozen ones) are always madecorrectly and taste good, and the food is always nice and hot when I get home, since they make it so warm. They also, whilstdoing all this, work quicker than most other places I go to. Basically, they're one of the best in the area. Read more
This is a great location. Good people and decent seating. Not a lot of seating, though. This location is mainly meant to be a... pick-up-and-go kind of location. Heck, the music is so loud it kind of chases you out. If they turned down the music a bit, itwould be better. Read more
