I have been to different Little Caesars, and this place has the worst pizza by far. The one on pearl and Brookpark is so much... better. That is with service, and the taste of the pizza. Every time I have picked up a pizza it tastes like it has beensitting out for awhile, and horrible customer service. It?s safe to say I won?t go back, considering I?ve given them multiplechances to prove me wrong. Each time, the pizza has been horrible! Read more

Let me look at the sides/ appetizers!?! I want to discuss the options with myfamily before committing to logging in, ectera! So annoying! Now I'm going to order somewhere else! Waste of time... We have bought quite a few pizzas here over the past years. For the price, it is tough to beat. Most of the time there is little... or no wait for pepperoni pizza. Our favorite is their cheese bread! Its a great choice for a quick bite. Read more

I'm going to give this place 3 stars because the pizza was good and it was fresh. I went inside and ordered my two pizzas and... was told that I had to wait which is of course more than fair. John R or Jonathan R (I forget his name but he's a skinny Indianguy kinda tall.) Anyway he took the order and told me it would be about 10-15 minutes. I say okay thanks, and pause for a coupleseconds. I figured I would pay afterwards. So I turn around and start walking towards the door when he shouts out "YOU PAY NOW!"I was a bit surprised by his tone, and then go up to the register. He doesn't even tell me how much to pay so I ask him and thenhe gives me my total. I kind of sensed more of an attitude there but maybe that was just me. I just want to state that perhapsit was my fault for not realizing that I had to pay before getting the pizza. Some other pizza establishments just wait untilyour order is ready and then you pay. I also want to say that there are better ways to convey this without shouting PAY NOW. Forexample they could have just said "Excuse me, sir? We require that you pay beforehand. Sorry it's just store policy." See howmuch nicer and professional that is? Now I am not a stickler for things, but at the same time I don't like being shouted at. Onemore thing I would like to point out is that his coworker took care of me once I came back into the store and was veryprofessional and kind. I didn't catch his name, but he was another Indian man that was shorter with a beard. Nice guy. He shouldbe taking care of the customers, not the other guy. At least not until he gets some more training in how to take care of acustomer. Read more

The pizza was "fine" as Little Ceasers tends to be. Better than Domino's & Pizza Hut, at least. Certainly isn't Romeo's or... Antonio's. But I at least expect my order to be correct. I went up here on Father's Day, after ordering 2 pizzas ahead of time& would have been sent home with the wrong pizza, if I didn't check the boxes before leaving. I was told "Oops, guess I'm justso used to making pepperoni all day & was in cruise control." Yeah, oops. That "oops" cost me another 20+ minutes ON FATHER'SDAY & when it was finally done & I asked for 2 sides of pizza sauce, they STILL CHARGED ME $2 for the freaking sauce. Unreal. Ohwell. It's a $7 pizza, guess I shouldn't expect much from the place. Read more

The pizza is usually up to the regular standards. I know that certain times can be busier than others but I can rarely get a... cheese pizza hot and ready. I usually have to wait at least 10 minutes. I do not mind waiting it is just that the staff isusually not very welcoming. Never get a smile and usually feel like they are annoyed to have to make my food. Read more

They don't show in the commercials for the pretzel pizzas that they are a MM thick and they dump a whole stick of butter on it... to make the pound of salt stick. My dog wouldn't even eat the crust and he eats anything. And the "kid" working the counter wasacting like I interrupted his chill time. Skip this Read more

I got a pizza on the go really fast. The whole slogan is "hot & ready".. well let me tell you.... This is by far the worst... location to get hot & ready pizza. Last time i came in I had to wait 20 Minutes for my pizza. There was a huge line and a bunchof irritated customers but I remained patient. This time it was a quick in and out trip but my pizza was dry/stale and cold. Icalled the store to speak to a manager and the man could care less about my complaint. Will definitely not be returning. Falseadvertising and poor customer service. Read more
