Twice, I ordered from them and never got my food. Once, it was because they didn't have what I ordered. Neither they, nor Door... Dash called to let me know. I never was reimbursed by Doordash. Today, I tried again by ordering directly through therestaurant. I had the same experience, no food and no reimbursement. I used to like Jordan's , they had good food. Although I have been to this restaurant many times in the past with no complaints, my last visit on 2/28/20 was very... disappointing. The salad bar was empty and definitely not fresh at all. Much of the salad bar food was tasteless and bland Thefish I ordered took a long time to get and when it finally came, it was dry and luke-warm at best. Looking around at all thepatrons, I could see that many were not enjoying their dining experience either. Lastly, the parking lot needs ALOT of repairwith many chuckholes and icy sidewalks that should have been heavily salted. I hope ownership gets it together soon. Stopped in for a late lunch. This place has been around a long time. The food was good but the menu prices are not accurate. We... were charged at the register higher than the menu stated. My first clue to a bad experience should have been the empty parking lot at 4:30 pm! My husband and I were the only customers... and it still took almost 45 minutes to get served. He ordered breaded perch which was hard as a rock. Mashed potatoes wereinstant, but he liked the corn. My beef tips with noodles was a good sized portion and tasted good to me. The salad bar was ajoke as there were hardly any toppings. All 4 mayonnaise salads were brown and dry. I tried a 3 bean salad with Italian dressingand it tasted rancid. I had one of the strangest experiences TRYING to eat at a restaurant this evening. I had searched google maps for a homestyle... restaurant in the area, and this restaurant seemed to have a very extensive menu with many choices. My family of 4 arrived atthe restaurant at 6pm on a Friday evening. While waiting for someone to greet us, I was reading the sign with the specials onit. The hostess came out and immediately said something about them being out of fish (as I glanced at the specials again, itappeared they were doing an all you can eat fish special). I said, "OK." she looked at me and said, "we aren't servinganyone." I was a little thrown off by this statement, because I thought the restaurant had an extensive menu, so being outof fish shouldn't cause them to not be able to seat customers. While I completely understand being out of something; it seemsas though the customer could be greeted and have the situation explained a little nicer. Had she bothered to ask, she wouldhave found out that we didn't even WANT the fish. However, after that interaction, I didn't have any interest in eating there. Read more

Best salad bar in Ohio! Not 2 but 4 hot soup choices! Way to go, Jordan's!

In from out of town, but my parents go here a lot so I tried it. The meatloaf attacker was amazing and so was the stuffed... cabbage soup that day. The menu has an enormous variety to choose from. Extremely nice people too. I recommend trying thisplace at least once. Read more

They were a little short on staff when we came in but the waitress was still very attentive and got our orders right. Someone in... our group had to leave early and they were great about packaging their food. Good food for the price for breakfast. Classicdiner! Read more
