Tried the new mobile thru and waited over 30 minutes to be able to get my food. The line did not move for 15 minutes and no... option to get out of line/leave. The regular drive thru ordering line got their food much quicker. I also did not receive a sideI ordered. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in this meal, waited over 25mins for no reason. 2 meals one missing fries, and a fork,... napkins for my salad, open to look at my sandwich end pieces of tomato. The young man that took our order was definitely not upto the Chick Fila standards regarding his greeting or taking order. We had to ask for a menu and watched him slowly stroll toretrieve one. My loving fiancé wanted to surprise my daughter and I some chick fil. I told him our daughter loved it and poor guy had to go... back because they messed up our order and came home to burnt fries and chicken! My daughter was excited to see the bag and shecouldn?t eat it. Everything was rock hard. Can?t call and complain so we lost on money and a meal. Sad but never again. Luckilykfc never disappoints! I am completely done with this place. Cheapest, pettiest People of any location I?ve ever been too. My girlfriend has an... allergic reaction to apples so I ordered a medium fruit cup with no apples. Almost $4. The fruit cup wasn?t even halfway filled.The manager on duty said he can?t replace the rest of the cup with other fruit. If I wanted more I would have to buy another one????. ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! look at what they give me vs. what Mayfield heights gives me?. Zero customer service care at thislocation. I?m disgusted honestly. THE CLEAR TRAY IS PARMA. They?ve been doing stuff like this since it opened but I?ve just hadenough. I?ve literally spent thousands at Chick-fil-A. I eat it sometimes twice a day. The past couple of times i?ve come to this chick fil a, a few pieces of my chicken would always have some fat or something in it... but this time was completely unacceptable. i got a twelve count and almost every single piece was pink and has black spots init. most definitely the chicken needs to be checked before and after it?s cooked and the temp should be checked on the chickento ensure it?s cooked fully. I waited 20 minutes in the mobile through line while the drive-through line continued to move the entire time I waited. I... ordered was a spicy chicken sandwich, and fry and lemonade.. No one came out to explain why my order wasn?t coming out. After15 minutes of waiting I rolled my window down and ask somebody what was going on. I was told they were behind on spicy chicken. Then they forgot my lemonade and I heard somebody ask if I was lying about ordering it. Nobody apologized for the wait. Oh,and my medium fry was about 1/2 full & had about five waffle fries in it.
