I have been a loyal customer for YEARS! I?ve never had any issues until they lost the one guy and the other guy , Atef I think... is his name, but he isn?t always there. The last 5 TIMES, there were issues from incorrect toppings, to stale crust, to PLASTICin my pizza. I will never go back there unless I call first and make sure 1 of those 2 guys are there to make the pizza. Ihaven?t seen the little guy in months, he might have quit but the new guys are going to ruin the name and quality. Read more
I have been going to Singas for years (lake Hiawatha and Edison location) and never had a bad experience. This was the first... time I went here and let me tell you it was not to their standards I have been used to. First off the service was very rude,which I would have overlooked if the food was good. The pizza was way underdone. The toping were burnt... Don't reallyunderstand that one. The pizza was not cut right either ( I'm not talking about uneven slices which I am ok with). When I wentto pick it up they guy was like we only accept cash!!! First off should have told me that when I ordered as I don't have cashand would not have placed an order. Then he was like you can Venmo or zelle! Not sure if that is to avoid credit card fees ortaxes?!?!? Whatever the case Overall the experience was horrible and I would never return to the location. Been eating at Singas in Queens, NY for over 15 yrs so was glad to find a local Singas. We always ordered the Greek, onions... peppers, jalapeños n cheese. Found the chicken tikka pie and boy, it was incredible. Trust try the tikka pie and you won?t bedisappointed. As always Singas never disappoints and will always eat here. Read more
I?ll never order from this Singas again. I ordered at 7:30 they called me at 8 saying they?re trying to close when am I picking... up the order? It says they?re open until 9:30. My wife went in and tried to speak to the person at the counter and he ignoredher while counting money. One of the pizzas had raw onions added on at the end instead of being cooked in. On top of horribleservice and rude people the pizza wasn?t good. I?ll stick with the Singas in Edison. What a mistake ordering from here. Read more
Taste hits the spot in terms of flavors. Freshness could use a bit of improvement (slight upgrade from frozen pizza). For... chicken Alfredo, I expected chicken breast. Overall, can't go wrong with their order 2 pies, get 1 plain free deal. Also notethat Google directions will mislead you to think that it's off Route 9. Read more
