Every time I went there they were nice and nothing was wrong with the meals.

By far the worst BK in the state of California. The service blows, the employees attitudes are disgusting, and wait times are... ridiculous. The ask you to leave the drive-thru window and wait in the front of the store, I?ve been for 15mins, I usually likethe burgers here but this is outrageous. Terrible me and my wife made a cheeseburger and 10 piece chicken nugget order through the bk app and choose to pick up through... the drive thru and also on cheese burger order I was suppose to receive free ice cream cone through promotion on bk app. Alsothey refused to accept mobile orders and have it pick up through drive thru and mind you I?m already in drive thru with 3 carbehind me and 2 cars in front of me. Well after waiting for a hour almost after close to receive our meals. The cookies to replace my daughters chocolate shake were... missing. The chocolate milk for the kids meal and BBQ sauce were not there. We had a ton of over cooked nuggets though, don'tthey look tasty and dry. Fries were cold and the cheese sticks guess what no sauce! Oh and my Mother's bacon cheese burgerprobably would have made her sick, and oh my so much for fixings on that Burger too. So paid for items and got nothing even inexchange after waiting a hour just for them to start making our order. They don't answer the phone so you have to bang on thedoor like a lunatic to get part of what you pay for. Read more
