Reviews for Parkville Coffee in Parkville, MO
Nice location and setup - but this review is about the actual coffee. The beans I bought are labeled simply as ?Ethiopia?. No... region, altitude, or variety information. It brews like a flat, rather unpleasant office coffee. Sufficient for adding syrups, sugar, and cream (not in my cup) but as bean this is a huge disappointing. Not going back for beans and rather drive a bit ororder online. Read more
My wife and I recently joined another couple here for our first time. Food and coffee are much better than the usual chain... stores and if you check it out, go upstairs and enjoy the quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Excellent food for the money. Highlyrecommend this place. Read more
Came here to meet up with a friend to do the River Walk. So my first visit. Very inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Nice... variety of bakery goods and drinks. I ordered a Chai Latte with a huge Chocolate Croissant. ? Both were absolutely delicious. ???? Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stop in and check out this Parkville Gem!! I'm coming back for sure. Too manyyummy choices for only one visit! Read more
As far as seasonal coffee drinks go, I think Parkville Coffee may be the champion. The eggnog latte around Christmas time may be... the best, which I think is due to their incredible (homemade?) eggnog. There?s almost always a home run drink on the specialsmenu. The quiche is always a tasty treat as well along with the baked goods. Espresso is great here, this is another one of myfavorite spots for a cortado. Try getting your coffee to go and walking along the river at English Landing, just a small walkfrom the shop. Read more
Super cute coffee shop in the heart of downtown Parkville, MO! The food is great, the coffee is amazing (I love their iced... caramel drizzle latte) and the upstairs is a cute place to chat or read with my friends! Read more

Imagine a place where you can sit and chat about this-and-that with a good friend. Add in a terrific, well-lit workspace. Look... around in your mind?s eye and pick up a few quirky items--um, like that 150 pound TV you grew up with. Sprinkle in a few coolpeople, snack food that?s not all carbs (i.e. homemade protein balls) and the sweet, sweet smell of coffee; you?ve picturedParkville Coffee. This is what coffee houses should be in small towns (and everywhere, for that matter). If you?re the typethat salivates over ancient exposed brick walls, books written by local authors & a quirky, flea market mid century vibe--wellthen, I?ll probably run into you here 2-3 times a week. And if you do see me, say HI. I?d love to hear what else you love aboutParkville. Which neighborhood do you live in? Would you like to move here? I can help! Not only is Parkville less than a 15minute drive from downtown Kansas City, but it also boasts multiple private lakes, a quaint downtown, a university (with castlesoverlooking the Missouri River), flat bike trails, award winning K-12 schools, & plenty of independent restaurants/bars/shops.See you soon! Great little coffee shop with some great tea options. Has a unique atmosphere and friendly staff. The only thing I would fault... them on is the upstairs area. Nice and open but not very clean, especially the floors. A good wipe down and vacuum would go avery long way. Read more
