I order from this place A LOT! Tonight I ordered a roast beef platter and kids chicken nuggets. Nuggets and fries were fine my... roast beef however is burnt and hard to cut and just isn't enjoyable or good to eat! I called and explained that I was having ahard time even cutting through it with a sharp knife. First guy I talked to was super nice and understanding even said he sawthem cook it and thought it was a little overdone himself. He puts me on hold and another man gets in the phone yelling at metelling me he's the one who made my food and that I can cut through it to which I replied no I can't it's very hard to cutthrough it's burnt and grissily. He proceeded to scream at me that I was wrong so I told him I'll NEVER and I mean NEVER orderfrom this place AGAIN!!! It's only 2 mins from me but never again that's not how you treat your customers.
